MOVEMENT CLASS OFFERINGS:
 

  1. Somatic Movement & Posture Awareness Class:
    These classes focus on improving body awareness, posture, and releasing chronic tension. You’ll explore the connection between your body’s alignment and your mental/emotional state, using gentle movement and somatic techniques to create lasting physical and emotional shifts.
     

  2. Dance Therapy for Emotional Healing:
    Through expressive movement and dance, this class invites you to release emotional blockages and foster self-expression. Dance becomes a therapeutic tool for exploring emotions, processing stress, and reclaiming your inner strength.
     

  3. Stretching & Self-Massage Techniques:
    This class combines deep stretching with self-massage techniques, focusing on relieving muscle tension and improving flexibility. You’ll learn effective tools to help release tightness, improve circulation, and enhance your body’s range of motion, all while connecting to your body’s needs.
     

  4. Breathwork & Meditation:
    Breathwork combined with meditation techniques offers a powerful way to reconnect with your body and calm your mind. This practice helps regulate your nervous system, reduce anxiety, and cultivate emotional resilience, leaving you grounded and centered.
     

  5. Sound Healing & Embodiment:
    In this class, you’ll explore the transformative effects of sound and soundwaves on the body. Using instruments like Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, and hand pans, the vibrations of sound will be used to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and restore balance in the body’s energy field.
